NCAC fall sports weekly releases for the week ending on Sunday, October 8th, which include up-to-date conference standings, weekly schedules, team notes and Player of the Week selections, are now available online.

CROSS COUNTRY
There was minimal action on the NCAC cross country circuit last week with just one event on the schedule, a dual meet between Denison and Wooster at the Infirmary Mount Park in Granville, Ohio. All nine teams will return to the course this weekend at four different events, highlighted by Oberlin hosting its annual Inter-Regional Rumble on Saturday. Complete Release

FIELD HOCKEY
Denison (6-2, 9-3) handed Kenyon (7-1, 10-2) its first NCAC loss of the season last week but the Ladies continue to sit at the top of the league standings with three full weeks left in the conference schedule. Eight NCAC games are scheduled this week, beginning with Wooster (5-3, 8-4) visiting Denison on Tuesday and ending with three games on Saturday and three on Sunday. Complete Release

FOOTBALL
It remains a three-team race at the top of the NCAC football standings after DePauw, Wabash and Wittenberg all improved to 4-0 on Saturday with wins against league foes. GOLF
All nine NCAC men’s golf teams were idle last weekend; however, eight of those teams will return to the course this weekend for the OWU Invitational/NCAC Fall Preview, held at Westbrook C.C. in Mansfield, Ohio, which will also serve as the host course of the 2018 NCAC Golf Championships in late April. Complete Men's Release

All seven league teams hit the course on the penultimate weekend of NCAC women’s golf action this fall, led by Wittenberg earning the team title at its own Pat Clouse Invitational. MEN'S SOCCER
A third of the way through the NCAC schedule, Kenyon (3-0-0, 8-2-2) and Ohio Wesleyan (3-0-0, 7-5-0) both remain unbeaten atop the league standings with nine points apiece after wins over Wabash (2-1-0, 8-3-0) and Allegheny (0-3-0, 3-8-0) respectively. WOMEN'S SOCCER
As we approach the halfway mark of the NCAC schedule, eight of the league’s nine teams are within three points of first-place led by Wittenberg (2-1-0, 3-4-3) and Wooster (2-1-0, 5-5-2) with six points apiece. VOLLEYBALL
At the midway point of the NCAC volleyball schedule, DePauw and Wittenberg share the top spot in the league standings with identical 4-0 marks against conference foes, while Ohio Wesleyan sits alone in third at 4-1 and Kenyon holds the fourth spot with a 2-1 mark.
