NCAC winter sports weekly releases for the week ending on Sunday, December 3rd, which include up-to-date conference standings, weekly schedules, team notes and Player of the Week selections, are now available online.

Following the first full week of league play in NCAC men’s basketball, Denison and Wittenberg share the top spot in the standings with 2-0 records against conference foes, while Hiram, Ohio Wesleyan and Wabash each picked up victories in their openers. There are 10 league games on the schedule this week, led by Wabash hosting Ohio Wesleyan on Wednesday and Wittenberg traveling to Denison on Saturday. Complete Release

DePauw (6-1, 2-0), Kenyon (6-1, 2-0) and Oberlin (4-2, 2-0) all jumped out to perfect starts in conference play and sit atop the NCAC standings. There are four league games scheduled each on Wednesday and Saturday this week. Complete Release
Nearly every NCAC swimming & diving team closed out the 2017 portion of its schedule last week at multi-day invitational events, led by the Denison men winning the Miami (OH) Invitational and the Kenyon Lords and Ladies sweeping the team titles at their own TPSC Invitational. Most league teams will return to their training schedules in early January, while the 2018 NCAC Swimming & Diving Championships are set for February 14-17 at Denison University. Complete Release

The 2017-18 North Coast indoor track & field season kicked off last weekend with numerous league schools competing at season-opening events, highlighted by the Oberlin women winning the Case Western Spartan Holiday Classic. There will be two NCAC squads in action this week while the rest of the conference will be idle until after the holiday break. Complete Release
