Kenyon (7-1, 4-0) has raced out to a perfect 4-0 mark in NCAC play and has outscored its first four conference opponents, 16-5, in those contests. This week features a full boat of conference matches, highlighted by Denison (3-3, 3-1) traveling to Gambier on Saturday to face the Ladies.

DENISON improved to 3-1 in NCAC play and 3-3 overall following a pair of victories last week over Ohio Wesleyan, 8-1, and Wittenberg, 3-1. Junior Britta Marden (Belmont, MA/Belmont) and senior Molly Chapman (Greenwich, CT/Millbrook School) each logged two goals and an assist, while freshman Jen Durbin (Ann Arbor, MI/Huron) also scored twice.

16th-ranked DEPAUW improved to 7-1 with two more shutout wins. The Tigers totaled 83 shots (52 on goal) and 34 penalty corners in wins over Oberlin and Wooster, while allowing just seven shots. Senior Paige Henry (Louisville, KY/Kentucky Country Day) scored the first goal in both weekend contests and is now second on the team with eight goals and first with five assists and 19 points.

EARLHAM dropped a pair of conference contests last week, falling to Wittenberg on Friday and Oberlin on Sunday in overtime. Megan Hut (Tiel, Netherlands/RSG Lingcollege) leads the Quakers with three goals and one assist.

KENYON reeled off two more conference wins and is off to a perfect 4-0 start in NCAC play. Saturday, the Ladies rolled to 5-2 win at home against Wittenberg. Sunday, they made the short trip to Delaware to deliver a 2-0 defeat to the host Battling Bishops.

OBERLIN rallied to a 3-2 overtime victory over Earlham on Sunday after suffering a 9-0 defeat to No. 16 DePauw. Sophomore Maureen Coffey (Manassas, VA/Stonewall Jackson) scored two goals in the win over the Quakers, including the game-winner in the 77th minute.

OHIO WESLEYAN dropped a pair of conference contests last week, falling to Denison and Kenyon. The Battling Bishops return to action this week with NCAC games against Wittenberg on Tuesday and at DePauw on Saturday.

WITTENBERG dropped back-to-back league matches last week, falling to Denison, 3-1, at home on Friday and Kenyon, 5-2, on the road on Saturday. Senior Megan Loofbourrow (Prospect, KY/Ballard) led the team with one goal and one assist.

WOOSTER won two of its three road games last week, a 2-1 decision over Washington & Jefferson and a 5-0 shutout of Earlham. Sophomore Kerry O’Connor (Fayetteville, NY/Fayetteville-Manlius) finished the week with a goal and two assists for four points.
