DePauw senior Paul Christian (Glen Ellyn, IL/Glenbard West) and Allegheny senior Emily Forner (Beaver, PA/Beaver Area) were the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) representatives on the Google Cloud Academic All-America Division III Men’s and Women’s Track & Field/Cross Country teams, presented by CoSIDA.
The 2018-19 College of Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA)/Google Cloud Academic All-District® Men's & Women's Track & Field/Cross Country Teams were released on May 28 and three North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) representatives were on the list of honorees.
The final day of the NCAA Division III Track & Field Championships was Saturday, May 25, at the Spire Institute in Geneva, Ohio, as five North Coast Athletic Conference athletes competed in the finals of their respective events.
The North Coast Athletic Conference hosted its inaugural Health & Wellness Symposium focusing on the mental health of student-athletes, coaches, athletics staff and administrators, Monday, May 20 at Ohio Wesleyan University. More than 244 NCAC members attended multiple sessions throughout the day on a variety of topics, making it one of the largest NCAC non-championship events in our 35 year history.
The 2019 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships are set to take place next weekend, May 23-25, at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio. Nine student-athletes will represent the North Coast Athletic Conference this weekend in Northeast Ohio.
GAMBIER, Ohio -- Wabash won its seventh overall league title at the 2019 NCAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on Saturday at Kenyon College. The Little Giants accumulated 209 points to win the team title, while Ohio Wesleyan finished second with 139 total points.
The Wabash Little Giants and the Oberlin Yeowomen lead the 2019 NCAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships after the first day of competition at Wilder Track on the campus of Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio. Wabash accumulated 58 total points after five top-five finishes, while Oberlin sits in first with 87 points thanks to first-place finishes in the women’s discus, 3,000m steeplechase and 10,000m run.
CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The 2019 NCAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships will be held Friday-Saturday, May 3-4, at Kenyon College. The Oberlin women are seeking their third-consecutive NCAC title, while the Wabash men are in search of their seventh overall title. Both squads have been selected as the favorites heading into this year’s meet based on pre-championship balloting by the league coaches.
CLEVELAND, Ohio – Eight North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) institutions appeared in the winter update of the 2018-19 Division III Learfield Sports Directors’ Cup standings. Kenyon College led the group, residing in 44th place with 239 points.
