DePauw sophomore setter Faith Rolwes was named to the All-Tournament team at the Benedictine Tournament after she led the Tigers to a 3-1 record at the event. In 12 total sets on the weekend, she totaled 114 set assists, 30 digs, nine kills, five block assists and four service aces.

Hannah Tyburski, Oberlin

Oberlin freshman outside hitter Hannah Tyburski guaranteed Oberlin a spot in the 2013 NCAC Volleyball Tournament with a pair of strong performances in league wins over Kenyon, 3-2, and Wooster, 3-2, last week. She finished the week with 50 kills, eight digs and four block assists in 18 total sets, with 25 of the 50 kills coming in the wins over Kenyon and Wooster.

Denison freshman outside hitter Rachele Lock helped the Big Red secure a pair of league wins last week, including an impressive 3-0 victory over DePauw on Saturday. In a 3-2 win over Ohio Wesleyan on Wednesday, Lock had a career-high 17 kills, a .516 hitting percentage, seven digs and two blocks. She than returned to the court on Saturday and recorded six kills and a solo block in the three-set victory over DePauw. On the season, Lock leads the team in kills per set (2.54) and ranks second overall with 173 kills.

Meghan Vodopich, Wittenberg

Wittenberg junior setter Meghan Vodopich helped lead the 13th-ranked Tigers to a 3-2 record on the week as they took on three of the top-10 teams in the nation. In a 3-1 upset victory over No. 7 Mt. Union, she passed out 39 set assists and was the most consistent attacker with a hitting percentage of .533, including nine kills on just one error in 15 attempts. In 19 total sets on the week, she racked up 178 set assists, 43 digs, 36 kills, a .418 hitting percentage, six blocks (2 solo, 4 asst.) and two service aces.
October 8th  
Emily Marguerite, Denison
(Wilmette, IL/New Trier)

Denison junior libero Emily Marguerite led the Big Red defensive charge in a pair of league victories last week against Wooster, 3-1, and Allegheny, 3-0. She accounted for 34 digs and three service aces in both league victories to finish the week with 68 digs and six service aces in seven total sets. On the season, Marguerite currently leads the nation in digs per set with a 7.33 average.

Kara Seidenstricker, Wittenberg

Wittenberg sophomore Kara Seidenstricker logged a record-setting performance during the Tigers’ perfect 3-0 week. In a 3-0 win over Rose-Hulman on Saturday, she served up nine aces to earn the school’s single game record in the 25-point era (2008-present) and landed herself second on the all-time single-match list. For the week, Seidenstricker hit .387 at a pace of 3.22 kills per set while also racking up 14 aces, 25 digs and five block assists.
September 23rd
Logan Brewer, Hiram
(Barberton, OH/Manchester)

Hiram sophomore middle hitter Logan Brewer guided the Terriers to a perfect 3-0 week with wins over PSU-Behrend, 3-0, Kenyon, 3-0, and SUNY-Fredonia, 3-1. Brewer finished the week with 39 kills, an impressive .517 hitting percentage, 15 blocks (1 solo, 14 asst.), seven digs and five service aces in 11 total sets.

Wittenberg junior setter Meghan Vodopich helped lead the 10th-ranked Tigers to a 2-1 record at the annual Wittenberg Fall Classic. Vodopich dished out 85 assists on the weekend, including a 35-assist performance in the Tigers’ 3-1 upset victory over eighth-ranked Otterbein. She also added 36 digs, 15 kills, four service aces and three blocks in 10 total sets on the weekend.
September 9th  
Keely McGrath, DePauw

DePauw sophomore libero Keely McGrath led the Tigers to the team title at the Mt. St. Joseph Charlie Wrublewski Tournament after totalling 73 digs (7.3 per game), five service aces (0.5 per game) and two set assists in 10 total sets on the weekend. The Tigers opened the tournament with a 3-0 triumph over Heidelberg on Friday and followed with a 3-0 triumph over Thomas More and a 3-1 victory over MSJ on Saturday. McGrath was joined by senior Kelly Doyle (Indianapolis, IN/Bishop Chatard) on the all-tournament team.

Ohio Wesleyan senior middle hitter Tamra Londot guided the Battling Bishops to a perfect 3-0 record at their season-opening Bishop Invitational last weekend with wins over Wilmington, Earlham and Grove City. Londot totaled 40 kills and 9 blocks (5 solo, a asst.) on the week, including a 21-kill, three-block performance in OWU’s 3-1 victory over Grove City on Saturday.
