Oberlin first-year forward Krystal Montas and her defensive efforts propelled the Yeowomen to a 2-0 week with wins over Kenyon (69-38) and Hiram (62-46). In just 24 minutes of work against the Owls, Montas collected six defensive rebounds, one block and one steal. In the victory over the Terriers, the forward collected another six defensive boards, to go along with six blocks and two steals. This season, Montas has recorded at least one block in 19-of-20 games and has tallied two or more in nine outings.
