Ohio Wesleyan senior third base Alyssa Back hit .714 (5-for-7), scored two runs and snagged two bases to help propel the Battling Bishops to a double header sweep over Olivet (8-0, 7-0) on Sunday. During game one, Back delivered an RBI single in OWU’s four-run third inning. In the second game, the senior was perfect at the plate, going 4-for-4 to spark the 7-run victory. Back’s 4-for-4 performance tied OWU’s single-game program record for hits for the second time in her career. In the field, the Newark, Ohio, native recorded six assists and one put out.
