DePauw junior Katie Mathies hit .727 (8-for-11) across three games in the Illinois Wesleyan Tournament this past weekend. In a 9-6 win over Wisconsin-Whitewater and a 15-7 defeat to Illinois Wesleyan, Mathies went 7-for-7 at the plate, tallying three runs, five RBI and five doubles. On the week, the junior recorded a .727 on base percentage, a 1.182 slugging percentage, six RBI, 24 putouts, and three assists.
