DePauw first-year Anya Melson recorded three wins and a second-place finish for 18 individual points in the Tiger’s season opening 188-75 win against Rose-Hulman. In her first collegiate outing, Melson had winning times in the 50 back (29.42) and 500 free (5:28.89) events. Additionally, the first-year swam the opening leg on the winning 200 medley relay, which clocked in at 1:54.78. Melson and her teammates also finished second in the 200 free relay with a time of 1:44.76.
