Denison senior Annabelle Calderon turned in an outstanding week at the plate, hitting .733 (11-for-15) with eight runs scored, four RBI, six doubles, and a home run. The senior posted two hits, including a double, and scored twice in a 6-3 win at Marietta, then followed with a two-hit, three-run effort in the nightcap. Calderon added three hits in a 3-2 loss at Wooster before finishing the week with a 4-for-4 performance, driving in three runs and scoring twice in a 4-0 game two win over the Fighting Scots. With six doubles on the week, Calderon set a new Denison record for career doubles with 50, breaking the previous mark of 46. She also became the program's all-time leader in total bases, reaching 342 to surpass the former record of 329.
