Denison junior Jack Hill collected seven first-place finishes, while posting six NCAA Division III ‘B’ cut marks, three varsity records and one pool record to help the Big Red defeat top-ranked Emory at the Denison Invitational. Individually, Hill took first with NCAA B-cuts in the 100 freestyle (43.62), the 200 individual medley (1:47.60), and the 200 free (1:35.18). The junior’s mark in the 200 free established a new varsity record. Hill was a member of the winning 200- (1:19.44), 400- (2:54.96) and 800 (6:28.19) freestyle relays and the 400 medley relay (3:12.93). The 400 and 800 free’s were both varsity records, while the 400 free also topped the pool record.
