Kenyon junior Alejandro Gonzalez went 3-0 on the weekend, picking up a pair of doubles wins with senior Paulo Pocasangre Kreling (Guacimo, Costa Rica/Interamerican High School CATI) and a No. 1 singles victory. In the No. 1 flight, Gonzalez and Pocasangre Kreling edged Centre, 7-6, then topped No. 33 Washington and Lee, 7-5, while Gonzalez added a 6-0, 6-3 win at the top singles spot against the Generals. With the results, Gonzalez improved to 8-1 overall and extended his winning streak to three matches as Kenyon defeated Centre, 6-1, and No. 33 Washington and Lee, 5-2.
