John Carroll senior Jake Corll delivered a pair of dominant performances on the mound to lead the Blue Streaks to wins over Wartburg (10-3) and Keystone (7-3) during their spring break trip. Corll posted a 2-0 record across 12.0 innings of work, allowing just one earned run on five hits while striking out 11 batters for a 0.75 ERA. He opened the week by striking out seven over six innings in the victory over Wartburg before tossing six shutout innings against Keystone, surrendering only one hit and one walk while fanning four. Opponents hit just .119 against Corll on the week.
