Men’s Basketball – Reph Stevenson, DePauw
DePauw junior post Reph Stevenson (Fishers, IN/Hamilton Southeastern) helped guide the Tigers to a 2-0 week, highlighted by a career-high 49-point, 14-rebound performance in a 108-100 win at Greenville. His 49 points were the second-most in program history, the most ever scored by a DePauw player in a regulation game, and the highest single-game scoring total across all levels of NCAA men’s basketball this season. Stevenson kept the momentum rolling with another double-double in an 86-79 win over Franklin, posting 26 points and 14 rebounds on 9-for-12 shooting. On the week, he averaged 37.5 points and 14.0 rebounds, shooting .750 from the field. Stevenson now owns four double-doubles on the year to tie for the third-most in Division III.
Women’s Basketball – Riley Mont, DePauw
DePauw senior guard Riley Mont (Aurora, IL/West Aurora) led DePauw to a historic 80-53 win at Millikin after scoring a team-high 23 points in 27 minutes of action. Mont added three assists and four steals, while shooting 9-for-14 from the field and 2-for-5 from three to help the Tigers secure their first-ever road victory over Millikin.
Men’s Swimming & Diving – Djordje Dragojlovic, Kenyon
Kenyon senior Djordje Dragojlovic (Belgrade, Serbia/Nada Dimic) delivered a dominant performance at the Total Performance Invitational, helping Kenyon win the seven-team meet with 1,855 points. Dragojlovic opened the weekend by winning the 50 freestyle in 19.53, a personal best that broke both the pool and meet records and cleared the NCAA Division III “A” cut. The senior followed with another historic swim, winning the 200 free in 1:36.00 to earn a “B” cut and break the Kenyon pool, meet, and personal records, surpassing a program mark that had stood since 1988. Dragojlovic capped his weekend with a record-setting victory in the 100 free, touching in a Kenyon-record 43.13 to hit the NCAA “A” cut and post the fastest time in Division III this season. He also contributed to the Owls’ wins in the 400-medley (3:13.40) and 400-free (2:57.63) relays, a runner-up finish in the 800 free relay (6:34.24), and a third-place finish in the 200 free relay (1:19.83).
Women’s Swimming & Diving – Kelsey Van Eldik, Kenyon
Kenyon sophomore Kelsey Van Eldik (Newcastle, Australia/Mereweather) earned NCAA “B” cuts in all four of her events at the Total Performance Invitational, helping the Owls win the seven-team meet with 2,215 points. The sophomore opened with a runner-up finish in the 200 individual medley (2:03.64) before swimming the breaststroke leg on the Owls’ 400 medley relay that set a new meet record in 3:41.81. Van Eldik added wins in the 100 (1:01.16) and 200 (2:14.52) breaststrokes, with the 200 marking a new personal best. Her marks in both breaststroke events, along with the 400 medley relay performance, currently lead Division III.
Milestones & Records (Nov. 17-23)
John Carroll, Men’s Basketball – Graduate guard Luke Chicone (Mentor, OH/Mentor) scored a career-high 41 points with five steals and four assists in an 86-84 win over Transylvania on Sunday.
John Carroll, Women’s Swimming & Diving – Sophomore Gabrielle Adamczyk (Buffalo, NY/Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart) set a program record in the 200 butterfly with a time of 2:09.04 at Cleveland State’s Magnus Cup.
Oberlin, Men’s Basketball – The Yeomen rolled to a 108-69 victory over Waynesburg on Saturday, marking the program’s highest scoring output since 1978.
Oberlin, Women’s Basketball – Senior guard Angela Kumler (New Concord, OH/John Glen) recorded a career-high eight steals along with 20 points, four rebounds, and three assists in a tough 60-45 loss to No. 9 Baldwin Wallace on Wednesday.
Ohio Wesleyan, Men’s Basketball – Junior wing Peyton Frey (Hilliard, OH/Davidson) recorded his first career double-double with career highs of 23 points and 10 rebounds against Ohio Northern. He also added a career-high four steals to go along with one assist.
Ohio Wesleyan, Women’s Basketball – Junior forward Macy Miller (Marysville, OH/Milford Center Fairbanks) recorded a career-high seven blocks and tied her season-high with 14 rebounds in OWU’s 86-48 win over Heidelberg on Saturday. She added 11 points, six steals and four assists in the 38-point victory.
Ohio Wesleyan, Men’s Swimming & Diving – Sophomore John Wion (Sunbury, OH/Big Walnut) won the 100 backstroke at the Corbiere-Merion Invitational in 50.79, setting both a new OWU record and a Meek Center pool record … The Battling Bishops’ 400 medley relay squad set a new program record after finishing in 3:29.28.
Wabash, Men’s Basketball – The Little Giants claimed a 92-74 win over Franklin on Wednesday, improving to 3-0 for the first time since the 2022-23 season.
Wabash, Men’s Swimming & Diving – Sophomore Ryan West (Apex, NC/Middle Creek) earned four individual victories at the Gail Moll Pebworth Invitational, posting a personal or season best in each event. West won the 100 backstroke in 50.44 and the 200 individual medley in 1:51.62, both personal bests, and added season-best marks in the 200 back (1:48.84) and 400 IM (4:03.69).
Wittenberg, Men’s Basketball – Junior forward Tyler Galluch (Springfield, OH/Catholic Central) scored a season-high 24 points in the Tigers’ win over Capital, shooting 8-for-13 from the field, 2-for-3 from three, and a perfect 6-for-6 at the line.
Wooster, Men’s Basketball – Senior forward Jaiden Cox-Holloway (Cleveland, OH/Richmond Hts.) was named to the Al Van Wie/Wooster Rotary Classic All-Tournament Team after averaging 18.5 points, 9.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.5 blocks during a 2-0 week for the Fighting Scots.
