DePauw's Stevenson Selected USBWA Division III Player of the Week

GREENCASTLE, IN - DePauw junior post Reph Stevenson (Fishers, IN/Hamilton Southeastern) has been selected the Basketball Writers Association Division III Men's National Player of the Week for his performances in the Tigers' wins over Greenville and Franklin.

For the week, Stevenson averaged 37.5 points and 14.0 rebounds per game while connecting on 30-of-40 field goals and 15-of-21 free throws.

In Wednesday's 108-100 win at Greenville, he scored a career-high 49 points on 21-of-28 field goals and grabbed 14 rebounds. The 49 points is the most on all NCAA levels this season and is the second-most in DePauw men's basketball history. It's the most points scored in a regulation game in program history.

Stevenson scored 26 points and grabbed 14 rebounds in Saturday's 86-79 win over Franklin. In that contest, he connected on 9-of-12 field goals and hauled down 14 rebounds while blocking four shots.

Each Tuesday, the USBWA selects men's and women's Division III National Players of the Week. This is the 11th season that the USBWA will recognize national players of the week from Division III.
