CLEVELAND, OH — College Sports Communicators (CSC) has announced its 30 Under 30 Class of 2025, and the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) is represented by Denison’s Assistant Director of Athletics Communications and Digital Media,
Hailey Owens.
The CSC 30 Under 30 program recognizes emerging strategic, creative, and digital communications professionals across all levels of collegiate athletics. Candidates are evaluated on achievement in areas such as professional success, departmental impact, and service to CSC. Nominees must be 29 years old or younger as of December 31, 2025, and current CSC members.
Owens joined Denison University Athletics in March 2025 and has made an immediate impact on the Big Red’s communications and digital strategy. She has led efforts to enhance the department’s social media presence, supported website content development, and established a student creative team focused on videography, photography, and graphic design.
Prior to coming to Granville, Owens held communications positions at Otterbein University, including a promotion to associate director of athletic communications for multimedia, and at Baldwin Wallace University, where she worked as an athletic communications graduate assistant. At Baldwin Wallace, she also earned her bachelor’s degree in sport management in 2021, completed her MBA in 2023, and was a two-year softball letter winner.
Of a record 183 nominations, the 2025 class includes 10 honorees from NCAA Division I institutions, five from Division II, nine from Division III, three from NAIA programs, two from Canadian institutions, and one representative from a two-year college.
