KANSAS CITY, MO – The United Soccer Coaches released the 2025 NCAA Division III women's soccer All-Region Teams on Tuesday, December 2, and seven North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) student-athletes earned recognition in Region VII.
The NCAC placed one player on the first team, as Denison senior
Sarah Sollinger (Evanston, IL/Evanston Township), the 2025 NCAC Defensive Player of the Year, earned top-region honors following a standout season for the Big Red.
John Carroll seniors
Kathryn Shaffer (Cincinnati, OH/Summit Country Day) and
Emily Patrzyk (Twinsburg, OH/Twinsburg), the NCAC Offensive Player of the Year, collected second-team all-region accolades.
The third team featured another pair of conference honorees, including Kenyon sophomore
Emily Copeland (Worthington, OH/Bishop Watterson) and Wittenberg sophomore
Sarah Deaton (Monroe, OH/Monroe).
Rounding out the NCAC selections on the fourth team were Denison sophomore
Maryn Zavislak (Westerville, OH/Olentangy Orange), who captured NCAC Midfielder of the Year honors, and Kenyon senior
Brooke Heis (Cincinnati, OH/Forest Hills). Both earned their first all-region nods this season.
