CLEVELAND, OH – The North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) is now accepting applications for the 2025-26 Branch Rickey Mentor Program, a professional shadowing experience that pairs veteran NCAC athletic administrators and coaches with students aspiring to careers in college athletics.

Through the program, mentees gain a firsthand look at the full scope of collegiate athletics while developing one-on-one relationships with experienced mentors. Over the academic year, participants will spend at least 100 hours with their mentors, engaging in meaningful conversations, observing day-to-day operations, and participating in program-wide professional development events.

Applicants must be current students at NCAC member institutions entering their junior or senior year and demonstrate a strong interest in a career in athletics. Applications are due by September 30, 2025.
