The North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) is joining Division III and Division II conferences nationwide in recognizing Officials' Appreciation Week during the 2025-26 academic year. Now in its fourth year, the initiative was adopted by the Division III Commissioners Association (DIIICA) to honor and thank conference officials across all sports.

The winter celebration of Officials' Appreciation Week will take place January 11-17, following the fall observance in October and ahead of the spring recognition in April.

The commitment of NCAC officials and referees to providing safe, fair, and competitive contests plays a vital role in the overall student-athlete experience, and the conference is grateful for their professionalism and dedication throughout the season.

Officials' Appreciation Week is one of numerous initiatives that are being implemented as part of the Division III Commissioners Association (DIIICA) Strategic Plan for Collegiate Officiating that was created as a result of the DIIICA's Strategic Analysis of the State of Collegiate Officiating.
