Wooster sophomore defender Domenic Cuda (Latrobe, PA/The Kiski School) was named to the USILA Men's Lacrosse Team of the Week for the third time this season, announced Wednesday, April 1.
Cuda averaged 8.0 ground balls and 5.0 caused turnovers across two games last week, surpassing 100 caused turnovers for his career in the process. In Saturday's NCAC victory over DePauw, Cuda recorded 11 ground balls and four caused turnovers. He added five ground balls and six caused turnovers in midweek action against Elmhurst.
The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) recognizes top performers from across the country each week, highlighting student-athletes who deliver exceptional efforts on the field. This marks the fifth Team of the Week selection for the NCAC this season.
