Baseball Pitcher - Jamison Lewis, DePauw
DePauw sophomore pitcher Jamison Lewis (Hanover, IN/Southwestern) delivered a complete-game performance to lead the Tigers to a 4-1 conference victory at Oberlin. Lewis went the full 9.0 innings, allowing just one run on nine hits while striking out six. He faced 36 batters on the day and limited the Yeomen’s offensive opportunities.

Baseball Player - Tyler Nee, Kenyon
Kenyon junior infielder Tyler Nee (Charlotte, NC/Providence Day) put together a standout week at the plate, helping lead the Owls to a 2-1 record. Nee batted an impressive .636 (7-for-11), scoring four runs while posting a 1.091 slugging percentage and .733 on-base percentage. He recorded multiple hits in two of the three games, highlighted by a perfect 4-for-4 performance with three runs scored in an 11-10 win over Wabash. Nee added extra-base power with one double and two triples on the week and was a key contributor in both conference victories over the Little Giants.

Men's Golf - Connor Gray, Kenyon
Kenyon sophomore Connor Gray (Winnetka, IL/New Trier) delivered a breakout performance at the Sam Snead Collegiate, finishing second in a loaded 108-player field while leading the Owls to a third-place team finish out of 21 teams. Gray carded a three-round score of 212 (-4) on the par-72 Golden Horseshoe Golf Club course, marking the best finish of his career. After opening with a one-under 70 and following with a 73, Gray surged in the final round with a tournament-best five-under 66, highlighted by two eagles and four birdies. The performance set a new career-low round and came against a field featuring multiple nationally-ranked teams.

Women's Golf - Rafa Plasa, Kenyon
Kenyon first-year Rafa Plasa (Isernhagen, Germany/Western Reserve Academy) turned in an impressive performance at the Steven Tyler Memorial Invite, finishing tied for second in a 34-player field while helping lead the Owls to a team title. Plasa carded a 75 (+3) on the 5,600-yard Moors Golf Club course, just one stroke off the lead. Her runner-up finish played a key role in Kenyon’s first-place showing among six teams.

Men's Lacrosse - Evan Sardina, Oberlin
Oberlin junior face-off specialist Evan Sardina (Charlestown, MA/Boston Latin School) dominated at the X in a 1-1 week for the Yeomen, controlling possession in both contests. Sardina went an impressive 44-of-49 on face-offs, including a near-perfect 21-of-22 performance with 18 ground balls in a tough 12-11 loss to Wooster. He followed with another standout effort in a 13-12 victory over Denison, winning 23-of-27 face-offs while collecting 17 ground balls. Sardina’s performance was pivotal in Oberlin’s historic win over the Big Red, the program's first victory in the series since 1960 to snap a 63-game losing streak.

Women's Lacrosse - Lily Mason, Kenyon
Kenyon senior midfielder Lily Mason (Evanston, IL/Evanston) totaled six goals in a 2-0 week for the Owls, impacting all facets of the game in a pair of conference victories. Mason scored four goals while adding six ground balls, three caused turnovers, and eight draw controls in a narrow 14-13 win at John Carroll. She followed with two goals, one ground ball, and three draw controls in a 19-7 victory over DePauw.

Softball Pitcher - Izzy Deveau, DePauw
DePauw sophomore pitcher Izzy Deveau (Ypsilanti, MI/Saline) turned in a dominant performance in the circle, leading the Tigers to a key conference victory at Wittenberg. Deveau tossed a complete-game three-hitter in a 9-1 win, allowing just one run while striking out three and walking none over 7.0 innings. She faced 25 batters and limited Wittenberg to a .120 batting average in the outing. Deveau’s effort helped DePauw remain in a tie for first place in the conference standings.

Softball Player - Brooke Surbaugh, Denison
Denison senior Brooke Surbaugh (San Bruno, CA/St. Ignatius) delivered a dominant week at the plate to help lead the Big Red to a 4-0 record. Surbaugh batted .615 (8-for-13) with nine RBI, four runs scored, and two home runs while posting a 1.077 slugging percentage and .643 on-base percentage. She recorded at least one hit in all four games and drove in multiple runs in three contests. In a doubleheader sweep at Otterbein (6-3, 9-1), she combined to go 5-for-7 with five RBI and two home runs. She continued her strong play in conference action, going 3-for-6, with four RBI and one scored run as the Big Red earned two wins over Ohio Wesleyan (11-1, 9-7).

Men’s Tennis - Jacob Patterson, Denison
Denison senior Jacob Patterson (Bridgeville, PA/South Fayette) went 3-0 on the week, including 7-0 wins over Ohio Wesleyan and No. 10 Kenyon to clinch the NCAC title for the sixth consecutive time and 18th overall. Against the Owls, Patterson won 6-3, 6-2 at No. 3 singles and teamed with first-year Wesley Huang (Pasadena, CA/Laurel Spring School) at No. 3 doubles for a 6-1 win. Against the Battling Bishops, he partnered with senior Anthony Payiavlas (Warren, OH/Harding) for a 6-1 win at No. 2 doubles.

Women’s Tennis - Eva Lopez, Oberlin
Oberlin sophomore Eva Lopez (Bentonville, AR/Bentonville West) helped guide the Yeowomen to a 3-0 week with wins over Capital (6-1), DePauw (4-3), and Wittenberg (7-0). Playing at No. 4 singles throughout, Lopez opened with a 6-4, 6-0 victory in the win over Capital, also teaming with classmate Scarlett Kingston (Bayport, NY/Bayport-Blue Point) for a 6-2 win at No. 2 doubles. She then delivered the match-clinching point in the win over DePauw, rallying for a three-set victory (2-6, 6-0, 6-4), before closing with a 6-0, 6-2 win in the sweep of Wittenberg. The victories helped Oberlin reach 10 wins for the first time since 2021-22.
 
Men's Sprints/Hurdles - 4x400 Relay, John Carroll
The John Carroll men's 4x400-meter relay team of seniors Basheer Alramahi (Westlake, OH/Westlake), Dustin Horner (Stow, OH/Stow), and Tyler Gast (Olmsted Falls, OH/Olmsted Falls), and first-year Lars Broberg (Cleveland, OH/Gilmour Academy) delivered a standout performance at the Georgia Tech Invitational. The quartet placed fifth out of 23 relays against a mostly Division I field, clocking a 3:11.82 to lead the NCAC and rank third in Division III this outdoor season.
 
Men's Mid-Distance/Distance - Sam Su, John Carroll
John Carroll sophomore Sam Su (Akron, OH/Woodridge) placed fifth out of 94 runners in the 1500-meter run at the Georgia Tech Invitational, posting a personal-best 3:46.83 against a mostly Division I field. The mark leads the NCAC and ranks fifth in Division III, falling just .77 seconds off the program record.
 
Men's Field - Sly Williams, Wabash
Wabash senior Sly Williams (Indianapolis, IN/Bishop Chatard) captured a pair of top-two finishes at the Indiana Little State Outdoor Track & Field Championship at Indiana Wesleyan. The senior won the triple jump with a career-best outdoor mark of 14.55 meters, topping the NCAC performance list this season, and placed second out of 47 competitors in the long jump with a leap of 6.94 meters.
 
Women's Sprints/Hurdles - Dakota Houston, John Carroll
John Carroll sophomore Dakota Houston (Beachwood, OH/Beachwood) had a standout weekend at the Georgia Tech Invitational, placing fourth out of 100 competitors in the 100-meter dash with an 11.67 against a mostly Division I field. The time ranks second in Division III and leads the NCAC. Houston also contributed to the Blue Streaks' 4x100 relay team, which posted a 46.85 to finish eighth out of 27 relays, ranking 10th in Division III and first in the NCAC.
 
Women's Mid-Distance/Distance - Abbey Danne, Wittenberg
Wittenberg senior Abbey Danne (Johnstown, OH/Big Walnut) dropped seven seconds off her personal best in the 800-meter run at the Duane Gomez Invitational, clocking a 2:14.61 to win the event and rank second in the NCAC this season.
 
Women's Field - Lucy Stokes, DePauw
DePauw senior Lucy Stokes (St. Louis, MO/Whitfield School) set a new program record in the hammer throw at the Indiana State University Gibson Invitational, launching a conference-leading 47.12 meters to place 16th out of 28 competitors.

Milestones & Records (April 13-19)
 
Denison, Men's Golf - Senior Jack Yurosek (Newport Beach, CA/Santa Margarita Catholic) captured medalist honors at the Denison Spring Shootout, finishing five-under par (71-66) to win by posting the only under-par score in the 89-player field. His second-round 66 marked a new career low and powered Denison to a third-place finish among 16 teams.
 
Denison, Women's Outdoor Track & Field - Senior Sydney Flores (Durango, CO/Durango) threw a personal-best 41.33 meters in the discus at the Duane Gomez Invitational, placing third out of 25 competitors. The mark ranks third in program history and third in the NCAC this season … Sophomore Mira Renaldi (Plymouth, MI/Canton) ran a personal-best 14.76 in the 100-meter hurdles at the Gibson Invitational, placing 12th out of 36 competitors. The time ranks third in the NCAC this season and third in program history.
 
DePauw, Women's Golf - Senior Becky Williams (Zionsville, IN/University High School of Indiana) extended her program record to 13 tournament championships after winning the Lady Jaguar Invite (hosted by IU Indy) on the third playoff hole. Williams shot a 76 along with Butler University's Cybil Stillson to lead the 20-player field that included two Division I programs.
 
John Carroll, Men's Golf - Junior Daniel Donahue (Pittsburgh, PA/Central Catholic) turned in a record-setting performance at the Fred Kravetz Invitational, firing a six-under-par 66 in the first round of play at Locust Hill Golf Course to establish a new single-round tournament record. Donahue finished tied for second overall in the 35-player field and helped lead JCU to a share of the team title among six programs, with the Blue Streaks earning the championship via fifth-man tiebreaker.
 
Kenyon, Women's Track & Field - Sophomore Ari Sobel (Scarsdale, NY/Scarsdale) broke a 13-year-old program record in the 400-meter run at the Duane Gomez Invitational. After tying the mark at 58.70 a week ago, she shaved a tenth of a second off her time for a 58.60 second-place finish, breaking Alexia Derkasch's time from 2013.
 
Oberlin, Softball - Senior Hailey Alspach (Escondido, CA/Escondido Charter) delivered a milestone performance to lead Oberlin to a historic 8-5 victory over Kenyon. In the circle, Alspach threw a complete game, striking out seven and surpassing the 100-strikeout mark for the season, becoming just the second player in program history to reach triple digits. With 103 strikeouts, she now sits just two shy of the single-season record. She also secured her 10th win of the season, setting a new program record, and now owns 21 career victories. First-year Anjali Singh (Fremont, CA/Mission San Jose) went 3-for-8 against Kenyon with two RBI, a double, a stolen base and three runs scored, which set a new single-season program record with 36 runs, surpassing the previous mark of 33.
 
Oberlin, Men's Tennis - The Yeomen earned the program’s first-ever victory over DePauw on the Tigers’ home courts, with senior Shawn Lisann (Vienna, VA/Oakton) clinching the win with a three-set decision at No. 2 singles (2-6, 6-3, 6-4).
 
Oberlin, Women's Outdoor Track & Field - Senior Anna Fritz (Oberlin, OH/Oberlin) ran a career-best 15.13 in the 100-meter hurdles at the Baldwin Wallace Sparky Adams Invite, placing third overall. The time ranks fifth in the NCAC and fourth all-time in Oberlin history.
 
Wooster, Men's Lacrosse - Senior attacker Lane Kellogg (Arvada, CO/Ralston Valley) broke a four-decade-old program record for assists in Saturday's 10-7 win over Wabash. Kellogg now has 134 career helpers, two more than Jim Applegate dished out from 1982-85. Sophomore attacker Jack Holub (Chappaqua, NY/Horace Greeley) scored his 52nd goal of the season in Wednesday's 12-11 win over then-NCAC solo-leading Oberlin to become the program's single-season leader in goals.
 
Wooster, Men's Outdoor Track & Field - Sophomore Francis Nwokonko (Brockport, NY/Brockport) won the long jump at the Duane Gomez Invitational with a career-best 6.62 meters and also ran a career-best 15.34 in the 110-meter hurdles to place third and tie for ninth in program history.
 
Wooster, Women's Outdoor Track & Field - Senior Evie Sanford (Columbus, OH/Upper Arlington) broke her own program record in the discus with a toss of 40.66 meters at the Duane Gomez Invitational, while also finishing fourth in the hammer throw with a career-best 41.67 meters, moving from fifth to third in program history in the event.
