LOUIS, MO -- No. 13 ranked Kenyon earned a 5-0 victory over No. 27 Grinnell in the second round of the 2026 NCAA Division III Women's Tennis Championship. The win advances the Owls into the third round, which will be played Saturday, May 9, at 12:00 p.m. against host No. 3 WashU. In doubles action, Kenyon jumped out to a quick 1-0 lead after claiming all three doubles wins after first-year Kiara Komlodi (Dunakeszi, Hungary/Csanádi Árpád Általános Iskola) and senior Shadia Amado Aguad (Arequipa, Peru/Colegio Anglo Americano Presco) collected a 6-2 win at No. 2, sophomore Clare Hudson (Louisville, KY/Assumption) and sophomore Maggie Shope (Kettering, OH/Archbishop Alter) earned a 6-2 win at No. 3 and senior Eleni Lazaridou (Veroia, Greece/4th Lyceum of Veria) and sophomore Hana Nouaime (Eagleville, PA/Methacton) earned a 6-2. In singles, Kenyon earned the win with four singles victories: Lazaridou won 6-0, 6-1 at No. 1, Komlodi collected a 6-2, 6-3 victory at No. 2, Amado Aguad posted a 6-2, 6-0 win at No. 4 and Hudson won 6-0, 6-0 at No. 5.
