The Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) revealed its Academic Top 25 for the 2025-26 academic year, and seven North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) programs earned Special Mention recognition.
Programs with the 25 highest GPAs in each division were named to the Academic Top 25, while those meeting the 3.0 minimum but falling outside the top 25 earned Special Mention recognition. Ohio Wesleyan led the NCAC with a league-best 3.644 GPA, followed by Oberlin (3.642), John Carroll (3.634), Denison (3.589), Kenyon (3.563), DePauw (3.531), and Wooster (3.513).
"The WBCA is pleased to recognize those women's basketball programs that have committed themselves to excellence on the court and in the classroom," said WBCA Executive Director Danielle Donehew.
