March 22nd

 
Josh Wiggins, Wabash
(Poseyville, IN/North Posey)


Wabash senior Josh Wiggins recorded a pair of individual victories on Saturday to help lift the Little Giants to the team title at the Rose-Hulman Early Bird Invitational. He won the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.07, the third-quickest time in Division III at the start of the season. He also posted a victory in the 400-meter hurdles by finishing in 57.34, ninth-fastest in the nation thus far.

 
Bailey Scott, DePauw
(Galveston, IN/Lewis Class)


DePauw freshman Bailey Scott won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Rose-Hulman Early Bird Invitational. Scott timed in at 9:37.59, edging out six other competitors while recording the second-fastest time in Division III so far this season.



 

 

Brandon Peck, Wabash
(Brazil, IN/South Virgo)


Wabash senior Brandon Peck won three individual field events to score a total of 30 points to help the Little Giants capture the team title at Saturday's Rose-Hulman Early Bird Invitational. He posted a career-long distance of 45.26 meters to win the discus event, which ranks fifth among Division III athletes through the early weeks of the outdoor track and field season. Peck also produced a career-best mark in the hammer throw (44 meters) and won the shot put (14.33 meters). His shot put mark ranks him 14th on the current DIII national list.

March 29th

 
Seven Lindsey, Denison
(Denver, CO/Kent Denver)


Denison junior Seven Lindsey recorded two first-place finishes at Wooster's tri-meet last week. In the 100-meter dash, Lindsey sprinted to victory in 11.04 seconds, while also notching a personal-best in the 200-meter dash with a winning time of 21.99 seconds. Both times were the fastest among conference athletes so far this season.

 
Levi Kilian, Ohio Wesleyan
(Ault, CO/Kilian)


Ohio Wesleyan sophomore Levi Kilian registered two winning times on Saturday at the Wittenberg Tiger Triangular. In the 800-meter run, Kilian crossed the line in 1:57.99, edging out nine other competitors, while also beating seven competitors in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:08.16. Both times rank among the top five in the conference so far this season.

 

Christian DeWiggins, Ohio Wesleyan
(Marysville, OH/Marysville)


Ohio Wesleyan senior Christian DeWiggins posted a pair of victories for the Battling Bishops at Wittenberg's Tiger Triangular. DeWiggins won the men's hammer throw with a mark of 45.38 meters and took fourth in the javelin event with a heave of 34.16 meters. Both marks are currently tops in the NCAC.



 

April 5th

 
Adriano Atallah, Oberlin
(New Rochelle, NY/Regis)


Oberlin senior Adriano Atallah wasted no time inserting himself into the national landscape in Saturday's dual meet with Allegheny. In the 100-meter dash he matched Heisman Club Hall of Famer George Smith's time from 1987 of 10.84, ranking him 13th in Division III so far this season. Atallah then nearly broke Smith's record in the 200-meter dash (21.76) as he posted a winning time of 21.79, ranking seventh in Division III. Both times are also the fastest in the conference so far this season.

 
Will McMichael, Wooster
(Evanston, IL/Evanston Township)


Wooster junior Will McMichael won the 800-meter run at Friday's Denison Quad Meet by :00.002. He timed in at 1:59.27, which currently ranks within the NCAC's top five this season.









 

 

Angelo Ricci, Denison
(Westerville, OH/St. Francis DeSales)


Denison sophomore Angelo Ricci notched a pair of event titles in the Big Red's Quad Meet on Friday. He took the top spot in the long jump with a new personal mark of 6.53 meters, and placed first in the triple jump with a mark of 13.01 meters. The sophomore also teamed up with Shin YanoGrant Plasch, and Justin Wolfe in the 4x100 relay to take third in a time of 44.09.





 

April 12th

 
Josh Wiggins, Wabash

Wabash senior Josh Wiggins turned in two first-place performances and a pair of second-place finishes at Saturday's Huntsman Family Invitational, hosted by the Little Giants. He won the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.08 and was part of Wabash's winning 4x100-meter relay team that finished in 42.76. Wiggins set a career-best time in the preliminaries of the 100-meter dash, qualifying for the finals with a time of 11.09, the third-quickest time in the conference this season. He finished second in the finals with a time of 11.12. Wiggins also placed second in the 200-meter dash by finishing in 22.56, the fourth-fastest time in the NCAC this year.

 
Deven Ramsey, Wittenberg
(Indianapolis, IN/Pike)


Wittenberg sophomore Deven Ramsey posted two first-place finishes at the Huntsman Family Invitational, hosted by Wabash. Ramsey recorded an 800-meter dash time of 1:54.20 which set a new school record and ranks 16th in NCAA Division III. He also helped the Tigers' 4x400-relay team to a victory with a time of 3:20.98, which currently sits as the 12th-fastest time in the nation.






 

 

Brandon Peck, Wabash
(Brazil, IN/South Virgo)


Wabash senior Brandon Peck won three throwing events at the Little Giants' Huntsman Family Invitational. He produced a career-best mark with his winning throw of 50.30 meters in the hammer. His mark is now the best in the NCAC this season by nearly three meters. Peck also set the top mark in the NCAC with his winning throw in the shot put (14.46 meters), while also notching a victory in the discus with a throw of 44.10 meters.







 

April 19th

 
Charlie Webb, Denison
(West Chester, PA/West Chester East)


Denison sophomore Charlie Webb claimed two victories in the 110- and 400-meter hurdles at the Ohio Wesleyan Twilight meet. He won the 110 hurdles in 15.46 seconds, before setting Denison's sixth-best time in 400-meter hurdles history, with a winning time of 55.23. His time in the 400 hurdles is also the fastest in the conference so far this season.

 
Levi Kilian, Ohio Wesleyan
(Ault, CO/Heritage Christian Academy)


Ohio Wesleyan sophomore Levi Kilian was a double-winner at OWU's Twilight meet. In the mile run, Kilian turned in a time of 4:18.65, edging out 11 other competitors. In the 4x400-meter relay, Kilian helped the Battling Bishops to a winning time of 3:24.26.



 

 

Dylan Garretson, Wooster
(Newcomerstown, OH/Newcomerstown)


Wooster first-year Dylan Garretson won the pole vault for the sixth time in as many meets on Thursday at the Ohio Wesleyan Twilight meet. Garretson clinched the event win after clearing 4.40 meters.





 

April 26th

 
Holden Ford, Allegheny
(Pittsburgh, PA/Upper St. Clair)


Allegheny sophomore Holden Ford notched two first-place finishes at the Marty Goldberg Gator Invite. In the 100-meter dash, Ford broke the tape in 11.18 seconds, while posting a 22.84-second performance in the 200-meter dash.



 

 
Michael Ocasek, DePauw
(Northbrook, IL/Glenbrook North)


DePauw junior Michael Ocasek had a trio of top-three finishes at the Rose-Hulman Friday Night Spikes Series. In the 1,500-meter run, Ocasek crossed the line in 3:52.40, a time that ranks first in the NCAC this season and seventh nationally. In the 800-meter run, he timed in at 1:54.56 and helped the 4x400-meter relay to a time of 3:29.98.

 

 

Kaito Iwasaki, Ohio Wesleyan
(Sendai, Japan/Sendai Daini)


Ohio Wesleyan sophomore Kaito Iwasaki leaped 6.70 meters in the men's long jump at the Miami Redhawk Invitational. Iwasaki's 6.70-meter mark tops all other conference competitors marks this season.
