2020 NCAC Women's Lacrosse Players of the Week

February 17th  
Maggie Garbowski, Kenyon
(Park Ridge, IL/Maine) 


In Kenyon's season-opening 19-2 win over Westminster, senior Maggie Grabowksi put together a stat line that included three goals, an assist, five draw controls, two ground balls and one caused turnover.

February 24th  
Grace Clarke, DePauw
(Winnetka, IL/Loyola Academy) 


DePauw sophomore Grace Clarke tallied 14 goals across a pair of wins for the Tigers over Earlham and St. Mary's (IN). Clarke began with five goals and one assist against the Quakers before posting a school-record nine goals and three assists against the Belles.

March 2nd  
Sloane Baumgartner, Ohio Wesleyan

Ohio Wesleyan senior Sloane Baumgartner led the Battling Bishops with five goals and six assists in Saturday's win over Westminster. Her 11 points in the game tied the school record with four other individuals. She also recorded one ground ball and one draw control in the game.

Annie Payne, Oberlin
(Menlo Park, CA/Menlo-Atherton)


Oberlin sophomore Annie Payne recorded a pair of hat-tricks in the Yeowomen's wins over Baldwin Wallace and DePauw. On Wednesday, Payne scored three goals in a 16-6 win over the Yellow Jackets. On Saturday against the Tigers, she scored three times while adding four assists, the last one helping to tie the game up at 10-10 as Oberlin ended the game with eight unanswered markers, winning 17-10. The midfielder finished the week with 10 points, six goals, four assists, four draw controls, three ground balls and one caused turnover.
March 16th
Kathryn Hopkins, DePauw
(Setauket, NY/Ward Melville)


DePauw junior goalie Kathryn Hopkins recorded a school record 26 saves in a 13-11 victory over Centre on Wednesday. Her 70.3 save percentage was also her best figure of the season.
