Jacob Zalenski, Kenyon
(Canton, OH/Jackson) 


Kenyon senior Jacob Zalenski clinched the match for the No. 11 Lords against a tough and ranked University of Northwestern Ohio squad on Feb. 1. His singles win came against 14th-ranked NAIA player Marcos Salazar (6-4, 4-6, 6-2) while his No. 1-doubles victory (6-4) came with classmate Austin Diehl.

Alex Riess, Ohio Wesleyan
(Dayton, OH/Beavercreek) 


Ohio Wesleyan sophomore Alex Riess recorded a win at No. 5 singles (7-6, 6-4) for the Battling Bishops at Centre on Friday. He was also a double-winner at Transylvania on Saturday, recording victories at No. 5 singles (6-2, 6-2) and No. 3 doubles (8-0) in the Bishops' 8-1 win.

Wyatt Metzger, DePauw
(Westfield, IN/Guerin Catholic)


DePauw sophomore Wyatt Metzger went 4-0 last week in a pair of team victories against John Carroll and Wooster. Metzger won in No. 1 singles over both John Carroll's Gustavo Garcia (6-0, 6-0) and Wooster's Austin Hanna (6-7, 6-2, 6-4). He also helped collect an 8-4 No. 1 doubles win against the Blue Streaks and an 8-5 doubles win against the Fighting Scots.

Tim Cianciola, Denison
(Canfield, OH/Canfield)


Denison sophomore Tim Cianciola went 4-0 in Big Red victories over Rhodes (W, 7-2) and Centre (W, 7-2) last week. In No. 1-singles action, Cianciola produced a 6-1, 6-0 victory over Centre's Arpit Rana, followed by a 6-0, 6-2 win over Rhodes' Phil Lauture at No. 2 singles.

Sean Billerbeck, Oberlin
(Olney, MD/James Hubert Blake)


Oberlin freshman Sean Billerbeck produced a 3-1 record for the Yeomen last week. In No. 5 singles, Billerbeck produced wins over Rochester's Tanmay Thakkar (6-1, 3-6, 1-0 (10-6)) and Hobart's Jack Ledford (6-3, 6-2). He also recorded an 8-5 win in No. 1 doubles over the Yellow Jackets.

Will Sultan, DePauw
(Cincinnati, OH/Anderson) 


DePauw sophomore Will Sultan went 6-0 last week, helping the Tigers to wins over Earlham (W, 8-1), Anderson (W, 9-0) and Principia (W, 7-2).  At No. 5 singles, he produced wins over Earlham's Karun Rathi (6-1, 6-1), Anderson's Sam Songer (6-2, 7-5) and Principia's William Johnson (6-0, 6-1). He also produced a trio of victories against the same teams at No. 3 doubles with teammate Billy Louiselle.

Pascal Lee, Kenyon
(Chevy Chase, MD/Bethesda-Chevy Chase)


Kenyon sophomore Pascal Lee helped the Lords to three wins last week in Orlando, including a 6-3 victory over No. 13-ranked Carnegie Mellon and a 7-2 win against No. 14-ranked Mary Washington. He went undefeated in singles play (3-0) and at doubles (3-0) with freshman teammate Luis Andres Platas.
