Erica Hanrahan

Erica Hanrahan came to DePauw during the summer of 2012 as just the third coach since the program returned to varsity status in 1996.
In ten seasons as head coach, has led the Tigers to a 276-147 overall record and a 124-16 North Coast Athletic Conference mark. Hanrahan has been named the NCAC Coach of the Year three times, including 2013, 2014 and 2016. The Tigers have made eight straight NCAA appearances (2014-19, 2021-22) and finished in a tie for fifth at the 2015 Division III Finals.
Prior to coming to DePauw was a member of the softball staff at Boston College where she assumed the position as first assistant within the program and was responsible for the development of the entire pitching staff, the outfielders and game-by-game scouting reports.
She is a 2000 graduate of St. Peter's College in Jersey City, N.J., and earned her master's degree in Education from her alma mater in 2001.
