The 2015 NCAC Men's Tennis Championships concluded on Sunday afternoon at Kenyon College's Vandenberg Courts in Gambier, Ohio. The Kenyon men captured their ninth-straight and 18th overall league championship with a 6-1 victory over DePauw in the championship match. As league champions, the Lords will receive the league's automatic bid into the 2015 NCAA Division III Men's Tennis Tournmanet.
The Lords (19-5) cruised past eighth-seeded Ohio Wesleyan, 5-0, in the quarterfinals on Friday and advanced to the championship match with a 5-1 triumph over fifth-seeded Oberlin on Saturday evening. DePauw mapped its way through the championship bracket with a 5-0 victory over seventh-seeded Wooster in the quarterfinals and a narrow 5-3 triumph over third-seeded Denison in the semifinals on Saturday night.
Sunday's men's action also included Denison taking down Oberlin, 5-0, in the third-place match, while Saturday's consolation matches featured sixth-seeded Allegheny topping fourth-seeded Wabash, 5-3, in the fifth-place match and seventh-seeded Wooster knocking off eighth-seeded Ohio Wesleyan, 5-1, in the seventh-place match.

The 2015 NCAC Tennis Championships will be held at Kenyon College next weekend, April 24-26. The tournament begins with quarterfinal matches on Friday, semifinal and fifth- & seventh-place matches on Saturday and the championship and third-place matches on Sunday. The first two days will begin with women’s matches at 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and conclude with men’s matches at 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. The women’s championship match and third-place match will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, while the men’s championship match and third-place match will be played at 1:00 p.m.
On the men’s side, Kenyon (3-0, 16-5) was tabbed as the top seed and will open the tournament against eighth-seeded Ohio Wesleyan (1-3, 11-13). Second-seeded DePauw (4-0, 10-10) will open play against No. 7 Wooster (0-3, 9-9). The remaining opening round matches feature No. 3 Denison (3-1, 10-9) versus No. 6 Allegheny (1-2, 10-8) and No. 4 Wabash (2-2, 20-7) against No. 5 Oberlin (2-1, 11-8).
Note: No tournament match will begin until three courts are available for that given match.
