The 2018 NCAC Women's Tennis Championships will be held next weekend, April 27-29, at North Central High School in Indianapolis, Indiana. The tournament begins with quarterfinal matches on Friday, semifinal and fifth- & seventh-place matches on Saturday and the championship and third-place matches on Sunday. The first two days will begin with men's matches at 9:00 a.m. and conclude with women's matches at 1:00 p.m. The men's championship match and third-place match will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, while the women's championship match and third-place match will be played at 1:00 p.m.
Kenyon (3-0, 17-2) has emerged as the top seed in the women's eight-team tournament and will open play on Friday afternoon against eighth-seeded Allegheny (0-3, 6-9), while second-seeded Denison (3-0, 11-7) will kick off tournament play against seventh-seeded Wittenberg (0-3, 5-8). The remaining opening round matches will feature No. 3 Oberlin (2-1, 13-8) versus No. 6 Ohio Wesleyan (1-2, 10-5) and No. 4 Wooster (1-2, 15-3) squaring off against No. 5 DePauw (2-1, 7-12).
