Cristin Allen enters her seventh season as head coach of the DePauw University women's soccer program in 2025. Since taking over in 2019, she has guided the Tigers to multiple NCAC Tournament appearances, an NCAC championship, and two NCAA Tournament berths.
In 2024, Allen led DePauw to a 12-6-3 record and a 4-1-2 mark in conference play, capturing the NCAC Tournament title and earning a spot in the NCAA Tournament. The Tigers reached the NCAC Tournament final in 2023 after an 11-4-5 campaign, and in 2022 they went 10-5-3 and claimed the No. 2 seed in the conference tournament. In her debut season, Allen's squad posted a 12-6-2 record, won the NCAC regular-season crown, and she was named NCAC Coach of the Year.
Prior to DePauw, Allen served as head coach at Franklin College for two seasons, guiding the Grizzlies to the 2017 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference regular-season and tournament championships, and the program's first NCAA Division III Championship appearance. She was also an assistant at DePauw in 2016.
A standout at Belmont University, Allen was a two-time all-conference honoree, team captain, and still holds career program records for points (75) and assists (31). Inducted into Belmont's Athletic Hall of Fame in 2014, she also earned CoSIDA Academic All-District honors in 2001 and remains the school's single-season assists leader. Allen earned her bachelor's degree in English from Belmont.
