July, 2022 – Denison University President Dr. Adam Weinberg was named president of the North Coast Athletic Conference, while Wittenberg University President Dr. Michael L. Frandsen was selected to serve as NCAC vice president for the 2022-23 and 2023-24 academic years.
August, 2022 – In celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Title IX, the NCAC partnered with WeCOACH to launch a year-long professional development and leadership program for current and aspiring women coaches, athletic administrators, athletic trainers and student-athletes across NCAA Division II and Division III institutions.
September, 2022 – Hiram College announced the return of men's and women's cross country and track & field. Cross country was scheduled to begin competition in the fall of 2023, while track & field was slated to return during the 2023-24 academic year ... DePauw's Danny Sheehan and Wooster's Lake Barrett were among the 156 semifinalists for the National Football Foundation's William V. Campbell Trophy.
October, 2022 – Oberlin captured its first NCAC Men's Cross Country Championship in program history, winning the conference title with 44 points at the championship meet in Wooster, Ohio.
November, 2022 - Transylvania University and Washington & Jefferson College join the NCAC as affiliate members effective for the fall of 2023, bringing NCAC field hockey sponsorship to eleven institutions.
December, 2022 - The Kenyon men's soccer staff, head coach Chris Brown and assistants Darren Moore and Andy Brinkman, was named United Soccer Coaches Region VII Staff of the Year ... Dr. Anne E. McCall, provost and senior vice president for academic affairs at Xavier University of Louisiana, was named the 13th president of The College of Wooster and will begin her term on July 1, 2023.
January, 2023 – Ohio Wesleyan University announced that Matthew P. vandenBerg, Ed.D., would become the institution's 17th president on July 1, 2023, succeeding Dr. Rock Jones …The National Association of Division III Athletic Administrators (NADIIIAA) recognized Oberlin and Denison with Community Service Awards, honoring Oberlin for its "Array of Projects" and Denison for its "Special Olympics Activity" during the 2021-22 academic year.
February, 2023 – Wabash Athletics and Campus Wellness Communications Director Brent Harris received the Indiana Sportswriters and Sportscasters Association's Bob Williams Helping Hand Award for outstanding service to athletics and the media.
March, 2023 – Denison captured its second NCAA Division III Women's Swimming & Diving National Championship in program history, while Kenyon's Israel Zavaleta was named Division III Men's National Diver of the Year for the second consecutive season after sweeping the one- and three-meter diving titles. Kenyon's Ron Kontura earned Men's Diving Coach of the Year honors, and Denison's Gregg Parini was named Division III Women's Coach of the Year.
May, 2023 – Wittenberg won its first NCAC Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championship … Denison claimed its conference-leading 19th NCAC All-Sports Championship after winning or sharing six league titles during the 2022-23 academic year … Hiram softball captured the program's first NCAA Regional championship … Kenyon's Mark Teeples was named the Intercollegiate Council for Sports Medicine NCAA Division III Head Athletic Trainer of the Year … DePauw's Associate Vice President for Student Wellness and Theodore Katula Director of Athletics and Recreational Sports Stevie Baker-Watson was recognized by the NCAA as a Champion of Diversity and Inclusion … Denison's Charlie Fleming was named the ABCA Region 7 Pitcher of the Year.
