Named acting executive director in July 2009, Keri Alexander Luchowski assumed all administrative roles within the conference office as well as administration of the Intercollegiate Officiating Association (IOA).

In December 2011, Alexander Luchowski fully stepped into the role of executive director after serving as the acting director of the conference for the previous two years. She enters her 26th year with the NCAC in 2024-25, having also filled assistant and associate executive director positions since she joined the league for the 1999-00 academic year.

A 1992 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit College (now Wheeling University), she served three years as the communications coordinator of the National Professional Soccer League before joining the NCAC.

Alexander Luchowski is a member of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), Division III Commissioners Association (DIIICA), and the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA), as well as the Women Leaders in College Sport. Her current committee service includes:

  • NCAA DIII Interpretations and Legislative Committee
  • NCAA Basketball Coaches Academy Selection Committee
  • DIIICA Vice President
  • DIIICA Awards Committee
  • NACDA Under Armor Athletic Director of the Year selection committee
  • NEO Football Foundation Board

While earning her undergraduate degree at Wheeling Jesuit, she played for the women’s soccer team for four years, twice earning Academic All-America honors and once garnering WVIAC Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year. She also earned a master’s degree in sports administration from Kent State University. Alexander Luchowski is a Cleveland-area native and graduated from Notre Dame Academy (now Notre Dame Cathedral Latin).
