CLEVELAND, OH – No. 3 seeded DePauw and No. 4 seeded Wittenberg claimed the quarterfinal round of the 2024 NCAC Volleyball Tournament over No. 6 Oberlin and No. 5 Hiram. Wittenberg defeated the Terriers 3-0 (25-22, 25-13, 25-18) while DePauw bested the Yeowomen in three sets (26-24, 25-15, 25-17).
DePauw and Wittenberg will advance to the semifinal round on Friday, November 15. Wittenberg will take on No. 1 seeded Denison, while DePauw will face No. 2 seeded Ohio Wesleyan. The semifinal winners will square off for the 2024 NCAC tournament title on Saturday, November 16. As the top seed, the Big Red will host the final two rounds of the tournament in Granville, Ohio.

- Two-time defending NCAC tournament champion Wittenberg advanced into its 30th-consecutive semifinal match in program history after defeating Hiram in three-straight sets.
- First-year Mary Sulfridge's (South Charleston, OH/Southeastern) efforts propelled the Tigers offensive production with 40 assists, while sophomore Alana Bartulovic (Cleveland, OH/Notre Dame Cathedral Latin) led all hitters with 21 kills on 44 attempts, while committing just three errors to post a .409 hitting percentage.
- Defensively, three Tigers tallied double-digit digs including juniors Ally White (Harrison, OH/Harrison) with 17 and Piper Ricketts (Marrow, OH/Little Miami) with 14, along with senior Camryn Colahan (Vermilion, OH/Vermilion) with 13.
- Hiram was led by seniors Kelly Hoffman (Streetsboro, OH/Crestwood), who tallied 18 assists, Sophia Grdina (Cuyahoga Falls, OH/Archbishop Hoban), who collected 10 digs, and Cate Maguire (Austintown, OH/Austintown Fitch), who posted seven kills.

- DePauw booked its ticket to the tournament semifinals for the second-straight season and 11th time overall since joining the league in 2011.
- Senior Oliva Karwin (Menifee, CA/Paloma Valley) and junior Kendall Herrick (Concord, NC/Hickory Grove Christian School) led the Tigers to victory after producing 17 assists apiece in the win. Karwin also earned 13 digs for the matches only double-double performance.
- DePauw saw equal production from its frontline as five Tigers produced five or more kills with junior Belle Shelton (Fort Wayne, IN/Carroll) leading the way with nine.
- Defensively, junior Kerry O'Connor (Westerville, OH/Columbus Academy) led all blockers with four while three Tigers tallied double digit digs. Junior Grace Myers (New Palestine, IN/New Palestine) recorded a game-high 18 digs while Shelton joined Karwin with 13.
- Oberlin was led by senior Cami Sweet (San Diego, CA/High Tech), who tallied 12 kills, senior Jillian Jendsen (Portland, OR/Lincoln), who registered 15 assists, and senior Julia Hall (New York, NY/The Nightingale-Bamford School) and junior Iris Archibald (State College, PA/State College Area), who recorded 16 and 15 digs, respectively.
