Kasey Schipfer (Mechanicsburg, OH/Mechanicsburg) has been selected as an NCAA Division III Collegiate All-Star and will play in the 2025 Division III All-Star game, it was announced today by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association.
A total of 20 NCAA Division III senior women's basketball players were selected as members of the 2025 Women's Collegiate All-Star Team by a committee composed of head women's basketball coaches at NCAA Division III programs. The 20 all-stars will be divided into two 10-member teams for the game.
The Division III All-Star game will be played at 1 p.m. on Saturday at the Cregger Center on the campus of Roanoke College in Salem, Va., with the NCAA Division III national championship game scheduled to follow at 7 p.m.
Schipfer was named North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Year for the third year in a row, becoming the only player in NCAC women's basketball history to win the award three consecutive times. She secured the Battling Bishops' ninth Player of the Year honor after leading OWU to its seventh NCAC title. Schipfer was also the only four-time all-conference honoree this season, earning three straight first-team selections after being named to the second team in 2021-22.
Ohio Wesleyan finished the season with a 25-4 record. The Battling Bishops won the NCAC championship with a 14-0 record, completing a conference schedule undefeated for the first time in school history, and advanced to the NCAA Division III Women's Basketball Third Round for the third time in program history.
