Erik Sundgren (Pittsburgh, PA/North Allegheny) was named to the D3baseball.com Team of the Week, released Wednesday, March 11th.
Sundgren had an impressive week at the plate, going 5-for-10 (.500) with four home runs, including a grand slam in the seventh inning against Rose-Hulman. He drove in 11 runs, scored four times, and added a stolen base to round out a standout week.
The Team of the Week is D3baseball.com's weekly honor roll, in its 13th season of recognizing the top performers at each of nine positions from the previous week. This marks the first week that the NCAC has received selections.
