LOUISVILLE, KY -- One-hundred-nineteen student-athletes from across the country were named to the 2025 NFCA Division III Pitcher and Player of the Year watchlist on Thursday afternoon and three North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) student-athletes have been named to the Region VII watchlist.

The NCAC was represented by a trio of seniors, Denison catcher Annabelle Calderon (Perris, CA/Orange Vista) and infielder Jacqui Abogado (Naperville, IL/Naperville Central) and Hiram pitcher/utility player Darian Kanno (Mililani, HI/Mid-Pacific Institute). 

Headlining the complete list are 21 returning NFCA All-Americans, including Calderon who was one of nine players that were tabbed as first-team selections in 2024.

Voted on by the NFCA’s Division III All-American Committee, the 2025 NFCA Player and Pitcher of the Year winners will be announced on June 6 following the conclusion of the NCAA Division III Finals. All student-athletes are eligible for the end-of-the-season awards and do not have to be on this list to be considered.
