Wooster sophomore defender Domenic Cuda (Latrobe, PA/The Kiski School) was named to the USILA Men's Lacrosse Team of the Week for the fourth time this season, announced Wednesday, April 29.
Cuda recorded 12 groundballs and eight caused turnovers in wins over John Carroll (11-10) and Kenyon (13-6) last week. With his five caused turnovers against Kenyon, he broke the North Coast Athletic Conference and Wooster single-season records, and his 89 are the third-most in Division III history.
The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) recognizes top performers from across the country each week, highlighting student-athletes who deliver exceptional efforts on the field. This marks the sixth Team of the Week selection for the NCAC this season.
