DePauw's Williams, Denison Trio Honored by WGCA

WILLIAMSBURG, VA. – Four North Coast Athletic Conference student-athletes were honored by the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA), announced on May 14. DePauw junior Becky Williams (Zionsville, IN/University High School of Indiana) highlighted the conference honorees with a selection to the Division III All-America First Team.

Williams was one of just 11 student-athletes nationwide to earn the prestigious honor as an All-American. She and a trio of Denison golfers were also named to the WGCA All-Great Lakes Region team. Joining the Tiger junior on the All-Region team were Big Red sophomore Lizzy Grant (Hudson, OH/Hudson), first-year Siena Maschke (Cleveland, OH/Laurel School) and senior Ella McRoberts (Venetia, PA/Peters Township).

This marks Williams' second consecutive All-America selection after being named to the second team last season. She also secured All-Region honors for the third year in a row, a streak that began during her first collegiate season at Otterbein in 2023. Most recently, she captured medalist honors at the 2025 NCAC Women’s Golf Championships for the second-straight year after carding a 219 (72-72-75) and was named NCAC Player of the Year for the second time.

At the 2025 NCAC Championships, Grant led the way for Denison, finishing second overall behind Williams with a 231 (73-81-77), while Maschke, the 2025 NCAC Newcomer of the Year, tied for sixth with a 235 (78-81-76) and McRoberts, who earns her second-straight all-region nod, placed 10th at the conference championship with a 240 (83-80-77).
