Denison Women, Wittenberg Men on Top of Day 2 NCAC Golf Standings 5/3/2025 6:20:00 PM Share: COLUMBUS, IN – The second round of the 2025 North Coast Athletic Conference Men's and Women's Golf Championships was completed Saturday afternoon at Otter Creek Golf Course in Columbus, Indiana. Denison remains on top of the women's leaderboard with a cumulative score of 619 (303-316), while Wittenberg took sole possession of the men’s lead with a 567 (284-283). For the women, DePauw sits in second just five strokes behind the Big Red with a 624 (312-312) and Wooster is in third with a 671 (329-342). Wittenberg is three strokes behind the Scots in fourth with a 674 (341-333), while Ohio Wesleyan is in fifth with an 804 (393-411) and Hiram is in sixth with a 955 (472-483). In the men's standings, Kenyon sits in second five strokes behind the Ohio Tigers with a 572 (284-288), while Wabash is in third with a 586 (288-298) and DePauw (297-298) and Denison (293-302) sit in a tie for fourth with a 595 each. Ohio Wesleyan (303-309) has compiled a 612 to sit in sixth, while Wooster (300-317) is in seventh with a 617 and Hiram (331-333) rounds out the eight-team field with a 664. DePauw’s Becky Williams (Zionsville, IN/University High School of Indiana) moves into the lead for the women with a cumulative score of 144 after shooting even 72’s in both round one and two. The Otter Creek Golf Course’s par-72 North and West courses are playing at 5,870 yards this weekend. Denison’s Lizzy Grant (Hudson, OH/??Hudson) (73-81) and Isabella Dolan (St. Petersburg, FL/Shorecrest Preparatory School) (71-83) are tied for second 10 strokes back of Williams after they both totaled a two-day score of 154. DePauw’s Ashley Long (Monticello, IL/Monticello) (78-77) and Denison’s Natalia Fanucchi (Carlsbad, CA/Sage Creek) (81-74) sit in a tie for fourth as they each own a two-round score of 155. Wittenberg's Mitchell Bolte (Newark, OH/Newark) sits atop the men's individual standings after round two with a 139, shooting a four-under 68 in round two and a one-under 71 in round one on the on the 6,897-yard, par-72 layout of Otter Creek’s North and West courses. Four players sit in a tie for second after round two with a 140. DePauw’s Manuel Loring-Campos (Hometown Madrid, Spain/ San Patricio, El Soto) carded the only other four-under in round two after posting an even 72 on day one, while Kenyon’s Jaiden Koonar (Alberta, Canada/Webber Academy) and Wittenberg’s Mikey Schutte (Cincinnati, OH/Elder) both carded a pair of 70’s and Wabash’s Sean Bledsoe (Columbia City, IN/Columbia City) recorded a 69 on day one and a 71 on day two.
