MINNEAPOLIS, MN - DePauw junior Harry Pratt (Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia/Toowoomba Grammar School) was picked as part of the D3football.com Team of the Week on Tuesday, November 3, after a career game in a ranked victory.
Pratt was a big part of DePauw’s 35-7 victory over John Carroll as the NCAC opponents met for a Top-25 ranked matchup. The defensive back totaled a career-high 14 tackles, including nine solo stops. He was the game’s leading tackler, and it marked the first time the junior has tallied double-digit tackles in his career.
Pratt also picked off a career-high two passes, including a first-quarter pick in the end zone that stopped a drive at the DePauw five-yard line and helped spark the first scoring drive of the game. His second interception late in the fourth quarter set up another DePauw touchdown, helping secure the Tigers’ victory. Pratt also added a pass breakup.
This is the 28th season that D3football.com has selected the Team of the Week, which honors the top player nationally at each position from the previous week. This marks the fourth week this season that the NCAC has received selections, and the third time a DePauw player has been recognized.
