HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, FL - Kenyon shot a 284 (-4) and John Carroll posted a 307 (+19) in the third round of the 2026 NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championship at Mission Resort & Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida. Combined with scores of 286 and 291 in the first two rounds, the Owls sit in third at 861 (+1), while the Blue Streaks, who opened with a 295 and then shot a 296 in the second round, are in 18th with a three-round score of 898 (+38).
The 2026 NCAA Division III Championship is being held on two courses, the par-72, 6,748-yard El Campeón and the par-71, 6,792-yard Las Colinas. Both teams opened play at the El Campeón and then traversed the Las Colinas on day two and were back on the El Campeón for round three. Kenyon and John Carroll will compete on El Campeón in the final round of the championship. Tee times for the start of round four are yet to be announced.
The field was cut from 43 teams to 18 to begin the third round, and the top five teams are now separated by just seven strokes. Illinois Wesleyan continues to lead after day three at 855 (288-279-288). Washington and Lee sits five strokes back at 860 (290-280-290), and Kenyon is just one stroke behind the Generals at 861 (286-291-284). Aurora (288-291-283) and Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (284-288-290) round out the top five with matching scores of 862.
Kenyon's
Adrian Jordan (Lawrenceville, NJ/Lawrenceville School) continues to lead the Owls and all NCAC participants, as he sits tied for first individually at 208 (67-71-70) after carding a two under-par 70 in the third round.
Connor Gray (Winnetka, IL/New Trier) totaled a 217 (74-74-69) and is tied for 24th, while
Jaiden Koonar (Alberta, Canada/Webber Academy) has a 220 (73-73-74) and is tied for 42nd.
Jonathan Oakes (Dobbs Ferry, NY/US Performance Academy) recorded a 222 (76-75-71) and is tied for 55th and
Rafael Frias IV (Parkland, FL/American Heritage School) holds at 229 (72-73-84) and is tied for 81st.
John Carroll is led by
Justy VonLehmden (Findlay, OH/Saint John's Jesuit), who sits tied for 24th at 217 (72-77-68).
Daniel Donahue (Pittsburgh, PA/Central Catholic) is tied for 62nd at 224 (73-73-78), and
Wade Boyle (Greensburg, PA/Greensburg Central Catholic) is tied for 81st at 229 (74-74-81).
Austin Malley (Venetia, PA/Peters Township) is just behind in a tie for 86th at 232 (76-74-82), and
London Hoyser (Pittsford, NY/Pittsford Mendon) rounds out the group tied for 91st at 234 (79-75-80).
The team and individual champions will be determined after 72 holes of play or the conclusion of the last fully completed round. After 36 holes of competition, the field was cut to the top 18 teams and top six individuals not on one of those teams. In the team competition, the low four scores from each team for each day will count in the team's total score.
